Refund Policy
We gladly stand behind our quality merchandise and offer a full refund when accompanied with the sales receipt. Defective merchandise may be exchanged or refunded. Refunds on purchases made by credit/debit cards must be credited to the card used to purchase the returned item.
Qualifications to our Refund Policy are as follows:
Textbooks and Supplemental Trade
We will honor a FULL refund on textbooks and supplemental course material, unless marked "non-returnable", with the purchase receipt on all new and used items returned in their purchase condition through the time frames listed below for respective terms:
Fall and Spring Semesters: Through the twelfth business day after classes begin for the semester.
Summer Sessions: Through the fifth business day after classes begin for the session.
Intersession Courses: Through the third business day after classes begin for the session.
Correspondence: Within twelve business days from the date of purchase.
Course material purchased after the time frames identified above, are eligible for a refund/exchange with the original purchase receipt within three days of purchase. **No refunds during the last 2-weeks of a term.
General Merchandise
We will provide a full refund within 14-days of purchase on merchandise returned in sellable condition accompanied with original purchase receipt.
Trade Books
We will provide a full refund within three days of purchase with the original sales receipt on non-course related books.
We are unable to provide refunds on non-returnable marked items, clearance merchandise, computer software, opened computer supplies (unless defective), Study Guides, Cliff Notes, graduation merchandise or other reference study material.
