We gladly stand behind our quality merchandise and offer a full refund when accompanied with the sales receipt. Defective merchandise may be exchanged or refunded. Refunds on purchases made by either credit card or BuffCard must be credited to the card used to purchase the returned item.

All textbook and curriculum material is fulfilled by our Partnership Arrangement with Barnes & Noble College (BNC).  All returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to the guidelines posted on the textbook website which can be located by clicking on the See Details link found at the bottom of the main textbook page under Hassle-Free Returns.

We will provide a full refund within 14-days of purchase with the original sales receipt on general merchandise in resalable condition.

We will provide a full refund within three business days of purchase with the original sales receipt on non-course related books.

Non-returnable items include clearance merchandise, computer software, opened computer supplies (unless defective), study guides, Cliff Notes and graduation supplies.

Original shipping costs and costs to send back a return are non-refundable unless an error of the Bookstore crated the necessity of the return.
